Bungee Basics: Level 1

This basic intro class is the place to start. Learn the basic techniques of bungee fitness from balance, squats, jumps, and push-ups. Take this as often as needed until you feel comfortable with these basic movements and bungee terminology. Must take this class three times before moving on to Lift Off.

Lift Off: Level 2
$20.00 a Class

This class is only if you have taken Bungee Basics at least three times. It’s the next step up from our Bungee Basics class as it increases skill sets and cardio for those ready to take on more routines. Build on your basics and learn more flies as we challenge you towards learning more advanced skills. We will be doing repetitive techniques and mixed dance routines to get you ready for Bad and Boujie.

Boujie Strong

This class incorporates light weight dumbbells for a full body cardio blast and training.

Bad and Boujie: Level III
$20.00 a Class

This class will cover more advanced flying techniques and stationary flies and we apply them to a choregraphed routine. Get ready to fly!

Aerial Yoga

Aerial fitness is for all ages and body types. The benefits for spinal mobility, flexibility, pain relief, toning and muscle strength and awareness are exponential.
